I did a face to face interview for a manager position at the Denver Corporate office, after the interview it was a month and still didn't hear anything. I sent an email to the recruiter to get an update and didn't hear anything. I took that as a sign that I obviously didn't get the job. After 6 months passed I got a response saying that the position has been filled. Very poor communitication between recruiting and applicants.
