Two step process. First a 10 minute phone screening which is brief and straight-forward. They explained the position, hourly expectations, schedule, and training. Second, in-person interview which lasts roughly 30-45 minutes long, in-person at the clinic you are interviewing for. They asked general questions such as; "Give me an example of a time you felt appreciated" or "Give me an example of a difficult day and how you persevered"
