Phone screen followed by face to face
A week after the interview they informed my recruiter they were going to "explore" an internal candidate. After that, complete silence. Job posting is still open, but they do not respond to any questions. A simple "no, we moved on" would have been nice, but that's too much apparently.

Describe previous experience, projects. Not many difficult technical questions, surprisingly. Difference between A and C records in DNS... Describe HA failover in vmware... No gotchas.
