I had a general phone interview asking about what I knew about DaVita as well as why do I want to work there. I was then set up with an in-person interview within a week. In-person interview was a panel asking behavioral type questions.

It was very basic and seemed like a lot of propaganda about there culture. Seems vey focused on branding/imaging not sure this carries over into patient care. Found a better fit with another organization.

I applied online and got a confirmation email. next step was to take the online assessment which will take around 30 minutes to finish. You will receive another email requesting for a phone interview which will last 30 minutes. you will be the one to choose your available time and date. if you pass the interview you will be scheduled for a panel interview in one of Davita office.

I just went through a phone screen and I felt like she was attacking me saying I don't think you did much research. There's so many resources online that you could've gone through. I felt like I had to explain myself to her.
