The interview was casual and fairly brief. I was interviewed by the manager and someone from HR. They were very nice and friendly. They asked about previous job experience, my interests, and skills. They also asked about the type of books/music/movies I like so that they could compare it to the items they sell in their catalog. They explained what my job duties would be and the hours they were offering.

You fill out the application online, they contact you and schedule an interview with you. Once you complete a second paper application there either 1 or 2 of the call center managers will interview you and what days you would be willing to work. After the interview, the HR department contacted me within 1-2 days offering me the position and asked when I could officially start.
