Interviewed with Daffodils for their Process Excellence Role. Questions were around process improvement and on your CV Interview Process was good, but the HR team is very rude. The interviewer will typically ask you to make a case study on their existing issues after the interview. I provided them with the entire process maps along with deployment and change management strategy. This company is a farce as they are only interviewing to get solutions from the candidates for free. The HR despite a follow up did not even bother to provide a feedback (despite the effort that goes into creating an extensive case PPT). I assumed I was rejected for the role, and then after a month's time the same HR calls me again to come for an interview, for the same role! Save yourself the time and effort as they are not looking to hire.
