Process was simple. Got the video call link and interview started. Might have given the mettle test online but i don't remember that. Iterview process was ok but making people write code is not a good practice espically to the senior developers. You are not making a developer to develop a Framework that whole world will use. You are just making them to code for the software.

Colloquio
There were two written exams followed by couple of technical interview discussions. Each interview focused on the core skills like data structure, algorithms and other basics of computer science. Also wouldn't be wrong to say it was very good discussion revolving around the concepts of engineering.
