A recruiter sent a link to the calendar. We booked a meeting. But on the day of the meeting, the recruiter didn't show up. A few days later, the recruiter wrote that I wasn't a match. After contacting the recruiter and clarifying why the meeting didn't take place, I got the answer that it was my problem and it was my fault for "using the wrong link." An attitude of total disrespect and not recognizing mistakes. That in general in this situation describes the company not from the best side.
