I met with two engineering managers and they asked questions, allowed me to ask questions. We walked around the building and saw all of the things they were working on currently and met some engineers.

Had an initial phone screening and then scheduled a face-to-face interview. During the interview, your background is discussed and how you can hypothetically fit into the company. After the interview, they let you know what the next steps are going to be.
