      I applied through jobstreet and receive a call within 2 weeks. Had an interview with the hiring manager and HR. Overall, it is quite relaxed, feels more like a short chat to introduce me the company as well as getting to know me better. Hiring manager is open and willing to share her own experience working in Daikin. Received good news within 2 weeks as well.

      Overall the interview session was good in terms of knowing the job scope in detail & what are the expectations. I had 2 IV session, initially supposed to be 1 session with 3 of them (Head of Procurement, Hiring Manager & Senior Manager) but on the day last minute the HR informed HOD unable to attend so I had the session with HR & senior manager. Ngl, the process was so smooth & promising. The HR kept ensuring they can pay me (since the day I had phone screening up till the face to face IV) & that I have good experience etc😂 After 2 weeks, I had my 2nd IV with HOD & went smooth again but it did seem they were not interested in the session and were just doing for the sake of it. Why waste candidates time? What irks me the most is that the HR ghosted me when I followed up twice via email. Candidates may look desperate for jobs, but respect on each other goes long way, esp when you make someone attend few IV sessions & giving fake hopes. It doesn't take so much to actually acknowledge or send a rejection email. Also, the same job opening was advertised for the next 5-6 months so idk what they were looking for maybe someone with super low salary expectations. The whole impression from good became bad solely due to HR attitude! No point of being one of the biggest MNC company & culture when you dont practice simple ethics & manners 👎🏼
