A 30 minute phone call with the Marketing manager to discuss the role, location and culture. The Marketing manager was very nice, informative and personable. She described the company and culture, why she enjoyed the job and explained the role I was applying for would be very straight forward for the beginning but would evolve over the next year.

Very straightforward interview with clear expectations and honesty about the position. I was impressed with the clarity of what was expected in the role and the attention to detail in finding the right person who would be a good fit in terms of values, not just skills. I was offered a second round interview but declined as I decided I still like my current role.
