One phone screening, one mock call. The first phone screening was no camera, the second was with camera. The mock interview was a little difficult but they seemed to be nice about the feedback in between the two tries.

The second round was a mock cold call exercise where I was given two attempts and received constructive, actionable feedback after each try. The interviewers created a supportive and professional environment that made the process feel fair and encouraging overall.
