I want to share feedback about my recent interview experience. Unfortunately, it left me feeling deeply disappointed and questioning the fairness of the process. During the interview, none of my questions were acknowledged or answered. I was not provided with any reason for the rejection, despite the fact that my background and resume are fully aligned with the job responsibilities, and I gave clear, thoughtful answers to all questions. It seems the decision may have been based on “culture fit,” which is difficult to judge without giving a candidate a real opportunity to demonstrate adaptability. I even expressed my willingness to adjust and observe at the beginning to better align with company expectations. Despite this, the process felt dismissive and biased, which is disheartening for any applicant. A transparent and respectful interview process not only reflects positively on the company but also ensures candidates feel valued—even if not selected. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that.
