Interview process was as follows: 1. Phone screen interview by HR, 2. Zoom interview by the VP Marketing 3. Zoom interview w/ CMO 4. Finally Zoom interview w/ CEO Interviews were around 30 to 45 minutes long. Discussed history in detail and ideas to implement at Damon. Interview process was long (approx. 2 months) as there were a few candidates to choose from.

Started with screening interview - 15 min. 3 days later, interviewed with the hiring manager. Interviews went well: questions about working with BOMs, managing difficult employees. Hiring manager interview went well - very conversational. After said interview, getting updates was worse than pulling teeth - completely ghosted. For a small, growing company, totally unacceptable. They need to remember they’re basically vapourware at this point, and the hiring process is representative of their brand.
