It was a pool campus interview for four colleges. Both master and bachelor degree students were allowed to appear for the screening aptitude test. First round of interview was technical interview round. I was not even called for HR round. Top rankers and master's students were directly hired with a nominal interview

It was average. Only four to five questions were asked. Interviewers were IIT graduates.
