Applied online and was contacted by HR shortly after asking for a phone interview. I had one phone interview going over my resume and school projects with a couple of managers from different departments.

Basically just reviewed my resume, then took a tour of the facility. Talked about why I chose the major that I had chosen and what my interests and hobbies were, and if I'd be willing to work overtime hours when neeeded.
