Agree with multiple other reviewers. Automated AI driven process, probably ghost jobs. Will submit resume and less than a day later get not one, but three auto-reject letters for the same role applied for. If just getting through their gateway is this bad, I can’t imagine what multiple rounds of interviews would be like.
