Several months to finish the process. After conducting several remote interviews with HR and hiring manager a site visit occurred with hiring manager. Following a successful site visit, a remote 6 hour psych analysis was conducted by a psychologist. This also included several written personality exams. After competing all of the above I received zero feedback for a month. After several attempts to understand where I stood for that month I finally received an e-mail back that said they were moving on without any feedback. I am absolutely fine being passed up for a better candidate, however, disappointed I was not handled with as much attention or effort as I put in.
