I applied for this job via a recruitment agency. The interview was semi-casual and friendly. I heard back via the agency that I didn't receive the job with only minimal feedback, which didn't make much sense to me. The company said that I didn't have enough experience in print design, despite having nearly 5 years of experience in this field and taking several examples of my printed work. I tried to contact the company directly to ask for more indepth feedback but received no response. I have now seen them list this job advert over four times via different agencies or via their own channels. They seem like a nice company to work for from the outside and the two employees who conducted my interview were personable and friendly, but it would be nice if they could give feedback to their applicants, especially if they have taken the time to interview with them.
