Written test of two parts: General and specific field based. Then Interview. Interview: Tell us about yourself and other simple question to getting to know you. Later, question relating to my previous work experience as an electrical engineer. I was asked to design a DOL starter given the motor rating and find the OL current rating of the thermal relay.

The process was overall seamless, but we spent a lot of time because of the volume of applicants. three layers of interviews. First was the personal interview, then the group discussion, and finally the aptitude test. It wasn't easy doing the aptitude test, but it was worth it.
