Recorded video interview: 3 attitudinal questions, 1 minute to think, 1 minute to answer.
They shortlist the online applications between September and mid November. If successful at this stage, you are then invited to complete a recorded video interview. The last stages are the online verbal and numerical testing and an invitation to the Assessment Centres.
