There were some questions to answer about why you wanted to work for Danone, then an online interview with three questions (they sent practice tests before) and then verbal and numerical reasoning (they also sent practice tests but they were easier than the actual ones)

Tell me about a time you have had to make a decision under pressure
After filling in the application form with some short questions about your personal strengths and Danone's values I was invited to a video interview. The format of this was 30 seconds of preparation and then 3 minutes to record your answer to each question.
