The overall procedure had been arranged efficient and orgnized. Very typical prcess: frist HR screen, then hiring team interview. No difficult interview questions, and the the interviewers are nice and professional. The recruitement team gave valuable feedbacks though, showed respect to the candidates .
Overall, the recruitment process felt fairly standard and generally well organized. Communication arrived when expected, and the steps were clear enough to follow. Interviews were professional, friendly, and consistent. Timelines were reasonable. Nothing particularly surprising occurred. In the end, it was a straightforward experience that left a neutral-to-positive impression afterward.

I attended the interview online. There are 2 interviewees. One is from China. The interview just asked about your previous experience. I really like the company but however when I follow up with HR about my job application status via email, there is no reply from HR.
