You need to do a 2-hour coding test and a 1-week take home research on a project with presentation slide they are working on to score an interview (basically making candidates do work for them). HR lady also repeatedly dodge questions on the budget for the role. Major red flags. This recruitment practise will only filter out good candidates and keep desperate ones. I pulled out of the process as I have gotten an offer elsewhere without needing to jump through hoops for the employer.
