Virtual assessment centre where candidates must do pre-recorded interviews and verbal and non-verbal reasoning assessment. Was pretty standard for large companies with traditional situational judgement tests similar to others in FMCG.

I applied online. They first ask for your motivations. Then, you then receive an invitation for an online video interview (quite fast, be prepared!) and then online tests, I found them relatively challenging.
