Initial interview was very short, follow-up interview was slightly longer but fairly straightforward. After completing training, you will wait on a manager and they will inquire about the food/beverage menu, steak temps, etc. Requires some memorization but again fairly straightforward and they will tell you exactly what you need to know

I interviewed with the FOH manager and I opted to wait a couple hours on premises rather than schedule an interview for another day with the general manager because I was given a choice to stay or make another appointment and I needed a job and I believe candidates should show the prospective employer that you are serious about being hired.
