Three rounds in total: First-round, I e-met Larissa who is the founder of Contrast and I got impressed by her bright and crisp laugh. Second round, I e-met with Larissa, Ivy and Suruchi. The only question I could recall is they ask why do you want to join us? In the third round, I met with Larissa and Ivy in Oden Tower. Just talking. They are casual, energetic, and funny. The most important signal they sent to me during the last interview was they really like and appreciate each other which give me relief. You never want to involve in any office politics no matter the company size.
