Started with the generic questions, why do you want this job/ what do you know about the company etc and then in depth ones about work history and job related ones. The team leader asked me some questions about work history and how I've handled a stressful situation in the workplace. The interviewer was also a phony, pretending (could easily hear and sense it in the tone) to understand my needing to take some time off from work (mostly because of health problems and then because of difficulty finding a job) and having a tiny gap of a few months in my work history so that after 5 minutes to just proceed and ask in a very accusatory tone (not at all supportive) how I am with my mental state, how do I afford to live in the city/ how I'm paying rent and so on, making me feel quite uncomfortable cause that's never happened before and I feel it was very unprofessional and unnecessary. I wanted to just hang up then and there but somehow I've stuck it out cause I was really interested in the job.

The interviewing is a 3 stage process. The HR members are describing the job, the company, benefits, teams, studios and requirements in a very high detail. This was the most professionally organized interview I took part in. Everything you need to know is presented. There are logical reasoning tests mainly, and basic mathematical ones. Every answer you give is noted instantly by the interviewers, creating your profile as it goes. So you don't have to wait long for them to find out if you are suitable and have the next stages' dates communicated. Very friendly and skilled people, nice work environment. I recommend!
