I had 4 interviews, 2 with recruiter, 1 zoom call with managers, and final In person. I felt very confident in the position and my experience and got the feedback with the interaction it was moving in a positive direction. Only to be ghosted from the direct placement agency, who told me if the other person they chose can not start maybe I would be second choice.
