I recently went through the hiring process with this company, and it turned out to be one of the most exhausting and unorganized experiences I’ve had. The process involved multiple rounds — including an in-person interview for which I was asked to travel — yet there was no clear communication or timely feedback afterward.
The HR coordination was very slow; each step took an unusually long time with little to no updates in between. What’s even more disappointing is that they collected all my personal documents and seemed to move forward positively, but never followed up with an offer or even a closure email.
The entire process felt like a waste of time and effort. If you value professionalism, transparency, and respect for candidates’ time, this company really needs to improve in those areas. Clear communication and streamlined timelines would make the process much better for future applicants.
