      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'agenzia di reclutamento personale. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Data Axle (Poona)

      This company has the worst HR and pathetic interview process I have ever seen, so unprofessional and unethical, they just waste the candidates time and keep them hanging. I was interviewed for a social media role at the Pune location; the process took more than 1.5 months. HR hadn’t mentioned the total rounds on the first call, but they kept on adding rounds. After giving 3+ rounds with 2 assignments 1. Screening round; 2. Head of Marketing; includes assignments 3. Panel round with SVP and CMO 4: Techno-managerial round with basic questions; overall, my interviews were good. In all rounds, the interviewer appreciated my skills. Then, after the last round, HR said they would give me an update after 2–3 days, and then they kept on asking for confirmation on mail for LWD and confirmation to work on shift timings. I agreed and reverted the confirmation. Then after 2 weeks from my last round they sent me a second assignment to complete. They qouted “ last-promise” but again after 24 hours they added the new point in my assignment. After three days of 2 assignment submission, I asked for the update consultant said straight forward they are moving ahead with other candidates but again I dropped a mail and guess what Hr replied give us sometime will get back to you. Then all the interview reviews on Glassdoor started to make sense. I found that I’m not the only victim of the pathetic interview process at Data Axle; there are a lot of others who faced the same scenario by these unprofessional HR’s and ridiculous interview process at Data Axle. Candidates deserve feedback, at least after giving their precious time to you. Each interview takes almost an hour, and assignment 2 days and the worst part is that after giving so many rounds and getting appreciation from the interviewer, confirmation mail, candidates have a benefits of doubt about being selected. They themselves were not sure wether they want this position to be filled. After all efforts and time to be a part of the company they were not able to judge my potential like after 3+ rounds and 2 big assignments. Bottom line they wasted my so much time and days, respect candidates time which they put. How much time does it take to send a regret mail to a candidate.
