Colloquio
Applied online and got an assignment to complete in specific timeline. Afterward did a remote in-office interview with a bunch of people.
You get to talk to a few engineers and one guy from operations. It's a small company and the interviewers don't seem very enthusiastic.

Nothing of substance was asked. Pretty common programming questions.

Colloquio
Multi-step interview that started with a take-home exercise and then phone screenings with 2 different teams. After that, I was brought in for an on-site interview with the US-based team that lasted about half a day and consisted of a handful of sessions with 2 - 3 people each time. Only 1 session was technical, although no whiteboarding. The others were mostly casual (not all people interviewing me were engineers relevant to the area I work in, so those were more chatty). 1 session was a 1:1 with the CEO who was pretty friendly. The take-home exercise took about 2 hours to complete and I found it easy, but it's something I had done many times before. I received an offer via email before I made it back home from the interview.

Domanda 1
Q: Describe how I implemented my take-home challenege, any problems I faced, and why I went with the approach I did. Q: If given more time, what would you change? Q: What's a little-known fact within your technical space that is interesting? Q: (Casual convo) What's your favorite IDE? What's your optimized workflow look like?
