They kept me for half a day for the interview. I did 3 interviews with 3 different managers, they made me do tests and had to wait to say "hi" to the CFO who was clearly not interested in meeting with me. After the interview was done, the HR lady told me the process would take 1-2 weeks and she would let me know. But there's been 3 weeks and they didn't even bother email me or call me to "let me know".
