I just completed the initial questions, and I heard back about the acceptance the next day. It wasn't hard at all, that initial test is pretty similar to the actual work.
A series of questions you answer to ensure you fit the criteria for the type of AI training you are applying for. Takes about an hour overall to complete. You hear back with an email.

Complete an online exam where they test your reasoning ability and ability to explain things to an AI. The process takes about 30 minutes to an hour, it was fairly easy.
