I was approached by the recruiter, and during the first meeting, I was introduced to the overall hiring process, which gave my visibility of all the steps and interviews required.
A technical interview of 1.5h followed my first conversation with HR. During this event, I was asked a number of questions about my experience and, especially, scenario-based questions, such as 'What would you do if...'. The professional was very kind and, despite the hard questions, made me feel good.
The third round of interviews comprised a conversation with the Project team, where I could discuss more with one of the Delivery Leads about the specifics of the client. Again, it was a nice conversation, and I had the chance to ask my questions as well.
Finally, I had 2 interviews with professionals from the client company. These were opportunities to get to know better the professionals that would work with me directly, and to get a very good context of the challenges that would expect me. The last interview, with a Senior Manager, was challenging due to the specific questions. Also, many of them were scenario-based ones.
After a few days, I got the approval message from HR. I must say that the recruiter was during all this time in contact with me, sending not only status messages but also encouraging me. This was certainly a great factor to make me decide for this company.
