I cleared 2 tech rounds followed by final HR round. HR mentioned that she will initiate offer process and never heard back again. Later I heard that they are thinking back on candidature. If they don’t have requirement, they should stop taking interviews. Calling candidates for all levels of interviews as through and not giving offer is not at all acceptable. Please don’t repeat for others same. Future candidates- be aware when you are applying for this company.
