I had several interview from the classical RH to discover the tech team and pre sales. I had to do a technical test to show off my skill and it took me less than 3hrs to complete. I met interesting people. They also did a screening of my resume to check if everything is true.
The only drawback is that it took more than 3 months before getting something, a bit long I think.

They asked my about my ethics at work (inclusivity...), about my past experience and my vision about working fully remote.
Overall interview process is 3-4 steps for mine, Datastax explained role very well and even help us to determine whether that role motivate us or not.
In my role, I got real life project assignment via datastax product AstraDB and present it.

It was 5 steps interview process with HR, Hiring Manager, and 3 Technical interviews. The overall process was perfect and allowed me to talk with different people from the company and ask all the questions I had and they were all genuinely nice.
