Started with a take home assessment focused on data cleaning, analysis, and business insights followed by screening. Candidates submit a cleaned dataset, a slide summary, and optionally a presentation video.

The company reached out with a take-home assignment before any live interview or human interaction, which I completed thoughtfully and on time. However, after submitting the assignment, I received only a generic mass email explaining they were overwhelmed by the volume of applicants and couldn’t provide individualized responses. While I understand high interest in the role, requiring unpaid, time-consuming work up front without a clear process or follow-up feels disorganized and inconsiderate of candidates’ time.
