Very easy, pleasant interview. Everyone seemed friendly and laid back. No need to stress it out on the day of your interview. Just dress up professionally and you should be good to go.

I applied to a posting on Indeed.com. The VP of business development (BD) emailed me and asked if I could meet the next day. I happened to be free, so we met for about 2 hours. She was very excited, passionate, and genuinely interested in learning about me. She also gave me a product demonstration, which was unusual for a first interview, but got me excited about the company. We scheduled a follow-up interview that day for me to meet with the owner of the company. This 2nd interview lasted about 10 minutes and 2/3 of it was not even about work. I was offered the job soon after.
