The interview process is very automated, not personalised. I had an initial call with a recruiter, then she never got back to me with any feedback, and never responded to my follow ups (in UK). Not a great candidate experience

Initial phone screen, interview with hiring manager, takehome assignment, and then a final on sight. Very standard for an SDR role. I would do a lot of research on the company before heading into any interview.
