It was probably one of the most drawn-out interview processes I’ve ever gone through. I applied for the job in early May and had an introductory call. After multiple rounds across 6 interviewers, they would ghost and then tell me I’m still a strong candidate. HM went on pto for 3 weeks and then set a meeting with me to discuss changes to the role. Even said they wanted to confirm the changes before an offer was made. I was then once again ghosted and then received a canned rejection email after three months of an interview process. It's not respectful of candidates' time to string them along for that long without even providing a final resolution or feedback.

It was a really smooth process to interview with Databricks. Had a first round interview with a Program manager who the role will be reporting to. Questions focused on behavioral and also a short SQL exercise done via Docs. Second round was with another Program Manager (more senior), and it was a 1 hour case interview, explaining how you would prepare for the development of a product roadmap. (Not actually creating the product roadmap, which was what I prepared for, but what you would do ahead of time).
