I've been diretly contacted by a Manager. Then I had a interview call with the HR before a meeting with a Solution Architect for technical assessment. Pretty standard, you have to take up a test on a technology/language you know.

Multiple rounds of interview , take home assessment was not very tough . But panel presentation round was tough , it seems they want candidate who can wow them even though all rounds went fine .
I go the first phone call which went pretty well. Then I passed a first panel round on simple architecture. Did first round technical round, but never heard back again.

HR Round and 3 more rounds, During HR round they just asked tell me about yourself and then asked me rate the skills in range 1-10. It went pretty well but rejected saying no mlops skills but I did speak about it in interview
