Contacted via email. Did an initial phone screening, followed by a coding assignment, and 3 more interviews with management. Eventually, the company ghosted me and did not have the politeness to notify me that they were not going to follow up with my application.

The interview process is long, but very well organized and fair. The expectations for each interview are communicated clearly and every interviewer was very polite and honest. If I had to design an interview process in the future I would use the process I went through here as a template.

The interview questions are very fair. you do not need previous knowledge of databricks to pass, but review concepts on data science/ML, big data, data management, cloud and programing skills with python/sql.
