Started off with a Phone screen round by the Hiring Manager. Extremely friendly and was very concise on what they were looking for and what they have to offer. Also went into detail on the company on their culture.
From there, I had to proceed with another 3 rounds of interview with cross-functional as well as direct teammates to assess my culture fit and competencies.
Finally round had me meet with the Chief People Officer to round it off.
