Long process, went through multiple rounds, assignments and it culminated with a presentation. This was last year. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and made me feel comfortable. The recruiter gave me high hopes but in the end ghosted me. I will never interview for Databricks again because of the ghosting.

Had a chat with recruiter followed by couple of conversations. Did not proceed after the first round as I belive I didnot have enough experience. They are looking for specialized experience
