After a few back and forth pitch calls with the hiring manager, I had a chat with their manager and then a VP. There was no recruiter involved at any point, nor was there any kind of feedback forthcoming. The conversations were always 30 minutes max.

Initial chat with recruiter, followed by multiple rounds with both product managers of different seniority levels and senior engineering managers. Recruiter phone screening lasted roughly 15 minutes. Interviews 60 minutes
