Very unorganized interview process. Almost all the rounds got rescheduled as most of the time the interview panel was not available at the last minute .

It was hard and challenging. I was contacted by hiring manager directly, no head hunter. I had 5 interview rounds and a fair evaluation. They have a very high hiring standards.
