Very thorough. Many individual interviews then a final presentation before reference checks. Expect a variety of interviews from different levels within the org. Be sure to ask questions you can use in your final presentation

The entire Databricks interview process was very streamlined and everyone I spoke with, from the recruiter, to the coordinator, to every interviewee was very professional, respectful, and asked thoughtful questions. While there were a lot of requirements as a part of the process (including a panel-presentation), the steps were shared with me from the beginning so there were no surprises.
