- Very very biased process. I got dinged in one round in ML case study (the same question I have passed in 5 other places). The difference here: the dude taking the interview isn't interested in you at all. They have their eyes in glued to their laptop throughout the period. Occasionally come to life really when you prod them specifically on what they are looking for. I intentionally said a couple of things wrong to see if there is at least a bit of a reaction. - Recruiter doesn't care about this feedback either. Too many fish in the sea unfortunately.
