It was a phone interview for the first round and then there’s a technical assessment in the next round where you work with the Datadog agent. It is difficult especially if it’s your first time working with the Datadog agent. They got back to me within a week regarding the interview process, which is good that they don’t ghost you

Interview with hiring manager (Functional background / projects / tools, Why support engineering role?); 3. Interview with other engineers on the team (Scenario based, How to handle multiple tickets, How to deal with difficult customers); 4. Live troubleshooting round (Role play how to act -- Ask questions on what they’re facing right now, Documentation provided during interview); 5. Director connect (Career goals, How datadog can help).
